About the Founder and Principal Consultant Y. Harinarayana:

M.Sc. (Anthropology – Human Science) + M.B.A (HR & IR) + LL B from the University of Delhi + P-G Dip. HRD / Training & Development + Above 37 years of Insightful and Result-oriented Global experience at the Corporate and unit levels with very Eminent Manufacturing and Servicing Industries including, IT, Airlines, Travel & Hotel, and Management Consulting sectors.
• Experience covering all ranges of Human Resources Management (HRM) – LEGAL – Human Resources Development (HRD) – Organizational Development (OD) – Performance Management Systems (PMS) Training/Learning & Development (T&D / L&D) – Total Quality Management (TQM) – Compliance Management – Liaison and General Administration.
• Have been a key member of the Management team with responsibilities for problem-solving Policy Formulation, decision-making, Monitoring, and implementing all the above.
• Have in-depth and hands-on experience in all aspects of LEGAL, Human resources Management, HR/OD interventions with business operations, a catalyst to solve problems through developing good Coordination and Liaison with all required mechanisms, changed processes, compensation practices/surveys, Employee Satisfaction Surveys & Employee Relation, with contemporary trends in business and Industry.
• Have in-depth undertaking and working knowledge of all aspects concerning HRM/ Personnel Management, IR / Admin., as well as Quality Management including the emphasis on TQM, ISO, QC, and QS. Etc.
• Have in-depth and hands-on experience in Introducing effective Systems and controls in HR and Computerization of the HR Department, HR ERP, Payroll & HRIS, and LIAISON.
• A result-oriented professional with extensive experience, equipped with excellent Human Management skills and Communication abilities as a management planner and strategist.
• Proven abilities in maintaining sustained contact with Legal Professionals and Government Officials for initiating follow-up on legal procedures and finalizing various legal agreements; acting as an Advocate as well as coordinating with Solicitors / Advocates / Counsels to ensure timely and effective action in all proceedings
